: Alignment from strip to strip is probably more fair. I notice when gluing
: beveled strips that they can slide in and out a bit against each other
: between forms but I don't see this as a problem as it will all be planed

Beveled edges really do require clamps between station if one does not want wondering strips.

If you are using clamps with flat jaws then it helps if you use just the end of the jaw to align the new strip on curved hull sections. Otherwise you can slowly, strip by strip, inhibit the curve.
