Minus 4, wind chill minus 34 here this morning Bill.

The guy in the rec boat probably had no idea the danger he was in if he tipped into that water. Probably 10 minutes before hypothermia set in, and with a wet soggy parka on and the shores iced up I have no idea how you would get out of that mess.
