: How small a batch have you been able to do?

Hi Severne

I have made a half teaspoon batch, but the syringes are marked at 1 tsp. and broken down into 1/4 tsp. divisions. The other side is marked at 5ml. and each ml. is broken down into 5 divisions. It goes down pretty small, but I've never had occasion to go anything that small.

I would presume that it would all depend upon where you buy your syringes and how they are marked. I saw some at a Long's Drugs store here local that were just marked in tsp. and 1/2 tsp..

I neglected to mention what I do my mixing in, but since everyone seems to have their own favorites, it probably doesn't matter. I use small glass jewelites ( candle holders ) that I keep around when the power outages hit. They are small enough to mix very small batches without having it sptread all over the bottom of a large cup or something. And he glass cleans right off with paper towels after each use. Or with acetone if the epoxy is left on a bit too long. I think the whole set up cost less than $8 to $10 depending on where and what size you buy. You could probably get it all at a $.99 store for less than $5.00 if you looked hard enough. Hope that helps!
