A traditional paddle is meant to be used with a narrow low volume boat. If that fits yours, then it would be a good choice. Anything over 22" wide though, or deep might make the stoke used difficult and you would have to modify the design slightly. I am not that familiar with the design fronm CLC. There are specific dimensions that were measured to the paddler to insure a proper fit of a true Geenland paddle. the overall legth, the length of the grip, the width of the blade, and the size of the shaft should all be taken into account. there was a good article in an old SeaKayaker mag. by John Heath that goes into the details of it all, so if you want to make you own, that would be the place to start, or you could have one made for you.
