I have had a Werner Camano for years now and I love it. Its very light, springy/flexible with a good combination (for me) of power and low profile. Basically there is a tradeoff between power acceleration and easy paddling for long trips. Depending on your paddling style/preference you would want to select a paddle accordingly: from a greenland style paddle for easy long distance paddling to something stiff with a large blade for power and quick acceleration. There is a good review in the lasted edition of Canoe & Kayaker that I would recommend reading...
