Didn'y catch a roach yet, but my epoxy attract plenty of other critters. The first coat: a racoon crap in the cockpit -- exactly where I'll sit. I clean that up. I found, the next morning, cat paw prints all over the top -- somehow it/they managed not to get stuck to the deck, but just enough to leave a track where it/ they had been. Finally, my neighbor's dog chased a skunk inside my yak after the third coat and the skunk sprayed, of course. Other then these three cases there are numerous bugs and moths that were attrached to the reflection of the street light and got themselves stuck in the process.
Well, I guess that is something I have to deal with for building outdoor.
