I would be the first to admit that I am not the most fastidious abt forms, I just try to split the line with a jig saw, but 1/8 inch seems like a lot. Don't agonize over it but probably 1/32 you won't notice and maybe not 1/16. You obviously can still take some off in places to get to the line and you can build up little dips in the edges with pieces of masking tape or screw a piece of wood next to the spots that are inside the line and shape them again. If you wandered off the line for only a short distance it can probably be ignored but if you wandered off for inches, several strips widths, it could be noticable later. Also, remember, you still have to get them on the strongback and line them up, then you have to get the strips to stay on the forms where they belong so these little errors can cancel themselves out by the time you get to sanding fair.
