Hi Mike,
I wouldn't worry about it too much. I had a similar deal with my G-17 because I drew my own forms from plotted points so didn't have the exact curve but straight lines between points and just guessed at the correct curve.

The wood strips will lay down just fine and any small bumps/dips will even out in the fairing/sanding process anyway.

Spend your time worrying about lining the forms up straight, thats the harder part.
