OK, seems like common advice is be neat and methodical using a roller or squiquee to create a very thin coat. Then, if possible, glass the next day.

I was planning on preading things out (timewise) a little, but I can probably plan to seal and glass on back to back day.

With that plan...and an internal strongback what should the process be?

Im gonna do the hull first....If I seal the hull on the forms (with wax paper in the sheer seam) can I glass with hull and deck on forms or do I need to remove half?

Can't think how to do all three of these:
- seal each half before removing from forms (is that required or suggested)
- glass before seal coat dries
- glass one half with other half removed from forms.

Am I making a big deal of this? Guess Im just worried that I'll really screw this up.
