I bought a reconditioned Ryobi at a truckload tool sale last year, and love it except that the depth adjustment is a bit loose. It starts to lose adjustment after hanging upside down in a router table. Any suggestions?

For a lightweight, 1/4" router, though, it's not bad. A lot better than the 8 year-old Craftsman I just burned up. (I wasn't being hard on it--it just spontaneously threw a winding that pulled itself into the spinning motor and bound up)

I also just got a new 2 1/2 hp Craftsman that's still in the box.
