Not sure what environment we are talking about. If you mean rain, snow or other such situation, I don't think you will have a problem if it's inside an enclosure. The glues, as Jim said, are almost always exterior grade these days, so you shouldn't have a delamination problem. The plywood getting wet, as in more than humidity, will probable stain, but not much else.

I wouldn't use anything with the partical-board core though. That would probably go all to pot. ??
