I put sticks in the hatch openings and suspended it on ropes tied to the sticks. It will swing so it's not ideal but it's easy to adjust the working height and take the boat on and off. I guess you could limit swinging with guy lines... as long as you didn't get caught up in them : ) Be sure to make the stick long enough so it won't slip off on it's own.

Nice boat by the way.
