: Pete, You could just leave your peautbutter and cracker endpour and tell
: everyone, "it's there to keep the bilge rats occupied"

: Heres my solution: Use a dremel tool with the extension flexible shaft.(I
: have one, will travel) If you strap the shaft to a broom stick and use
: various dremel router bits and their mini saw blade, you could chew the
: dam away a little at a time. The flex shaft would allow you to have the
: bulky tool back by you, so you could turn it on and off at just the right
: time with lots of control, like a dentist does.

Good Idea, just be careful with the attachment. I cut my fiberglass layup coaming lip with the dremel because neither of my saws allowed for enough clearance of the "hoop". The speed of the dremel seemed to generate a lot of heat and melted the edges of the epoxy, so take it in little chunks.
