You know those little round blades - I think Sawzall is a name brand. I have a knock off that I got at a home show where the guy was cutting bricks, glass, metal etc, guaranteed for life, etc. For $20 I got various sizes that fit the drill and/or rotary saw. They actually do work, though they generate a lot of heat while cutting and are impractical for bulk work. Anyway, you can find one (or something like it) at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace or whatever where they have sanding disc attachments for drills. But 4 or 5 feet is a stretch for your drill, right? This is where you're going to question my sanity - a weed wacker will have no problem with that distance. Using the smallest disc you can find and going at it slowly, you should be able to get it out of there.
