Seems to me that a rolling bevel is the way to go, starting normal to the hull at Form 1 and ending near vertical at the "V". When fitting this strip, work backward from the end. If it's a full length strip, fit one end, make an index mark somewhere in amidships across that strip and the adjacent deck sheer strip, and then fit the stern. This is a tricky detail, it's a good thing you have developed all those planing skills on the other strips.
