I'm working on my 5th boat in the basement, and I'm still happily married. It is a drafty old house (auto-ventilated) and the epoxy fumes are not noticible past the top of the stairs. Some epoxies have stronger odors than others: I think Raka is a bit more potent than West Systems. A little fresh air goes a long way to keep things under control (and everyone happy).
