A couple of years ago there was a simple plan for a kayak yoke in our local Manitoba Recreational Canoe Association monthly newsletter. It was a simple plan for a yoke that clamped onto the cockpit rim of a kayak to make portaging easier. The dimensions are left up to the builder to ensure a proper fit on the kayak. If your interested let me know I'm sure I can dig it up.
