I would also check out Baxter
Hope this wasn't too tedious or opinionated, Steve

I was right with ya' till you got into the chickens and landscaping!

To summarize this thread: shop vacs for small tools, dust systems for large tools, Delta, Grizzley, Onieda are suppliers, straight short runs with metal pipe, right?

I've only two points to add. If you're buying something with a Red Chinese motor get a good guarantee and the Bosch vac adapter hose is worth the price. It's flexible, a good length, doesn't interfere with using the tool and crush resistant (although it doesn't draw very well with my big feet on it). While it's designed to work with the Bosch line of sanders, it works so well I've adapted my PC belt sander to use it.

My only question: How long did it take Nick to clean up his shop before taking that picture?
