FISH EYES/TACK-CLOTH

I got a few small fish eyes in my third fill coat of epoxy. the only thing that I did diferently on this fill coat was to lightly tack off the surface with a 3M tack cloth.

Could the the use of the tack cloth have left residue that gave me the fish eyes? Has anyone had any simailar problems? I have been using these tack cloths for years to tack off before painting without any problems.

I am using Raka epoxy for the first time and up until now, it has been a great product. I don't suspect the epoxy, rather, I suspect the tack cloth.

What do you think folks?
