That does it! Either my yak is jinxed or the RAKA epoxy I used. My yak seems to attrack all the wild life in my neighborhood. The first day I glassed the cocpit, a racoon climb all the way inside and crapped. I have to scrap and wash the inside of my yak. Everytime I coated the boat, I found cat paw prints all over. Since than, I made a tarp cover which got tatter real soon -- they still managed to get inside.Last week I did the final fill and set it aside to cure for a week to wax it. Last night a skunk was chased by my neighbor's dog. Guess where it end up. I don't know where it sprayed (inside or out,) the whole thing stinks 20 feet away. I probably have to sand it down once the smell subsided to remove possibly any smell contamination and cover the rest with yet one more coat of epoxy to seal in any smell.
Any suggession to remove skunk smell without demagging the epoxy or future vanish?

You know guys, I just may paint a skunk onto the back side of my yak to remember this. So, in the future, if you see a stitch and tape Guillmot with a strip recessed deck and skunk paint on the stern end, you know where this all started!
