: Damn it, Dean! I was ATTEMPTING to filter some alcohol through my kidneys
: when I read your response, and almost choked to death laughing. Tooo
: funny, but you do have a good point there... So, here's the questions:
: 1.alcohol is the stuff to use versus acetone? 2.how long should one wait
: to let the epoxy cure before using? 3.is it true that alcohol kills the
: germs that cause bad breath? 4.will liberal internal applications of
: alcohol soothe a sunburn?

: Thanks Doctor Dean, and everyone on this BB.

: -Tig (a walking, talking bubbling blister)

And just when I thought you folks knew everything. Sunburn is my middle name. The alcohol taken internally is going to dehydrate you and probably intensify your sunburn. To rid yourself of the sunburn pain and quickly rid yourself of the burn itself, liberally apply "Pure Aloe" ( the green stuff that's as thick as Glen-L epoxy ) to all the burned areas and "only" after a good cool shower. You aren't going to be able to take a hot one right away. :) " Gently " rub in the aloe, thick at first as it will soak in. When it does, apply more, almost to the point of feeling sticky. It too will soak in. Do this about two or three times a day for two days and you will be surprised at how quickly it will feel better. If you are already blistering, it may take an extra day. But, the aloe will take a lot of the sting out in the mean time. Your bill is in the mail, as I'm assuming the check will be. :) I didn't get the name Rehd because I like the color. Lots of luck and a good slap on the back!!
