I apologise, Don. I'm a bit obsessed with perfection. This is my first attempt at strip building and after I see the fine examples of the art provided by Spidey, Shawn Baker, Dean Trexel and all the others, I want mine to look a perfect as theirs. One of the ways I can help myself achieve this is through being as precise as possible on the foundation (the building jig) and building blocks (the strips).

Greg.

P.s. - this first attempt is a canoe for my wife, kids and me. In the winter I get selfish in the basement - a Guillemot 18'.
