It's me again . . .

Now the strips are ripped, I'm C&B-ing them. I set up my router table with a couple of featherboards, one the length of the fence, the other applying pressure to keep the board against the fence over the cutter. I zeroed the cutter for my test boards, and it looked good.

But the rest of the bloody beads are not coming out dead on centre for each board.

Some are bang on; some are out by a wee bit to either side. I adjust but never seem to hit the mark for each board. Is this is product of my boards being 24/100" - 1/4"? Or is this variance normal, and I should not expect every board to be bang on? The featherboards appear to be doing their job, and the router and router bit are not slipping. I'm worried about the fit once I am on the building jig.
