I think the five-10 shoes are a good idea for people who have to scamper all over wet rocks like rafters and WW yakers. for sea kayakers they have less use since we are in the boat more than scrabling. good for pout-ins I would imagine though I havent actually tried them out. i would also think they are made to drain and dry faster than what you are using now to help prevent foot fungus, etc.
