Hey... what haven't you figured out on the mold? I'm planning on using foam to fill the corners. "expandy foam" so I can make a les hard chined effect. probably mold the deck to a certain extent. I might even cut foot bumps in the mold too.... gonna start on friday and I will have p[ictures of it all...
