Hi Jim and Bruce,

My concern with a time frame is due to the fact that I live in a small cottage, w/ no garage and a cold/humid basement. Soon the cottage with give birth to a 17' S&G through a front window ... anything larger and I'll have to do a C-section on an exterior wall. Summers seem short in NE, and I like to spend free time on the water, not in the house. The one (and only) advantage to this situation is that the bay is 1/2 mile to the East and West, and the ocean is 1/2 mile to the South. So now I have to get the dimensions of a WLII to determine if it will fit through a window.

Think I'm getting addicited to this stuff?

John
