I went to the shop to purchase my Chesapeake plans, and was delighted at the size and lines of the Ches, then my wife pointed out that what I was looking at was the LT version. The full size Ches is a HUGE boat. Think Cargo Ship or Queen Mary. I immidately decided on the LT, which has plenty of room for gear and is not a low volume boat. I would call it a normal volume boat, where as the full size one would could handle a long expedition. I already have plans for a NorthBay, which I'll use as a day boat.
