Hi Hank;

What did the Veritas set you back? I absolutely love the low angle block planes. Frankly, in the past, I never reached for a plane if I could do it some other way. That has changed. The 12-1/2 degrees adjustable throat is about the first thing I grab these days. I can't believe how quickly & neatly those external stems sculpted. Enjoy your new (presumably extravagant) tool!
