I'm also building an Arctic Tern, and it's gone together really well. Pygmy and this BB are the best resources I've found. I started my boat the middle of November 99 and I'm about 12 "kayak" days from being finished. I talk in days, hours. One spends a lot of time waiting for epoxy to dry. I have two friends who have built CLC stitch and glues, and I like the look and construction method of the Pygmy better. Building this boat was the first major woodworking project I've done. A good kit with clear plans and this BB make it tons of fun. Can't wait to get the boat in the water! Have fun.

Actually I was just thinking about starting.
