Search for posts by Ed Valley a coupla mos ago. I think he did the inside and it worked ok.

It seams (hehehe) like a nice flush idea for those who can anticipate what's going to happen.

I'm too scared to try in on my 1st, but the I think the best method would be to say lay the hull i/s glass 1 inch longer overhang and the deck o/s glass 1 inch longer. Then tape the yak together in the usual way ( maybe even carefully pull ing back the o/s glass overlap and running a tape seam to prevent leaks) and wet out the i/s overlap. After setting, pull off the tape on the o/s and wet the o/s overlap. Add i/s and o/s seams for additional strength if necessary.
