My buddy and I are building two boats from the Putz book. We're up to the floor timbers on the first one, and spent most of a day on just two of them. Anyway, I'm interested in other coverings besides canvas. The PVC coated polyester sounds interesting. Where do you get this stuff from? Do you have to coat it with anything else, and if so, what? Anything special I should know about working with it? Is there anything else that anyone figures is even better? It's great to find that others are involved in the same sort of project. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
