Sure can Paul, How I made a stripmill: Cut a piece of MDF(or good plywood) about 18"square, drill a 1 1/2" hole in the center. lay two more strips of Mdf about 3" wide on top of the !8" piece a little wider apart than your strips and attach them with drywall screw in predrilled holes. You now have a trough that resembles the miter slot in your table saw. Attach your router base (with screws) over the hole in the center. Make (or buy) small feather boards that will press down on strips on both the infeed and outfeed sides of the trough. I used corner brackets to hold the featherboards with wingnuts and screws for adjustment. The Router bit should be a bottom cleaning type that is wider than the strip. The one I used is for cleaning dado bottoms or for stair treads.It has a 1"cut. Screw a vacuum attachment on the bottom of the hole in the center and attach the whole unit to a workmate. The router can be adjusted to cut .001 - .010" per pass, just feed the strip through the trough and push the strip throuh with the next one.
