Rehd, it's my understanding that the fence offset is caused by the way the blade is manufactured. Stamped from one side, so that the teeth are a little different on one side than the other. Each blade is unique. Scrollsawing is the same way.

Think I'll true up my guide blocks. Thanks! To be honest, the dern thing kinda scares me. It's so quiet, and so powerful, and so easy to get those fingers real close to the blade.
