Larry, I used watered-down Titebond to glue the patterns to my forms. It worked well. The sprays work if you spray both surfaces and let it dry tacky. You get one shot at putting the paper down. I'd think watered down elmers would be fine, make it pretty thin. Use a roller to get the forms flat.
