I experimented with a white epoxy pigment I got from RAKA. It comes suspended in epoxy, and goes a long way. I can't comment much on it, because I was just fooling around, but I seem to remember thinking it would be hard to get an opaque coat out of it.

I used graphite powder mixed into epoxy with great success on some interior areas of the boat. It covered nicely, and came out a rich dark black -- not quite glossy black, but not the velvety gray of pencil lead either. I know it's available from the normal sources, Raka, CLC, etc., but I was also able to find it at my local hardware store.
