This is a dye, not a pigment. It would cost a bundle to buy enough boxes of RIT to have sufficient pigment strength to noticeably change the color of your epoxy, and even more to make it an opaque color.

Check at artist supply stores, if nothing else, for dry pigments. They may also sell powdered graphite, as it is used by sign makers.
