I used both CLC plans and the Wooden Boat articles as reference. The panels were correctly measured and cut according to the full size plans. The seat position is the first thing I thought about, but when I tried to move a little forward (as much as 10 inches) it had little effect. The boat tracks quite well, so this may be just a cosmetic situation.
