Sorry got interupted and forgot the other problem. The second is refered to as "Print Through" and can happen if a boat doesn't have enough epoxy sealing the weave, or sometimes I've seen it on boats that sit on a cartop for prolonged periods. So leaving it in the sun may have the same effect. The answer for me has been sand every thing back down to smooth (I know a real pain), then recoat with epoxy, wet sand and revarnish. Should stop the problem. AL
