Shawn,

I'm 6'3" with size 11.5 feet. My feet do not fit in the Exp. Single when they are in a vertical position. Fortunately my natural tendency is to point outwards at about 30 degrees and slightly forward. At 13.5 you may be pushing it in terms of comfort.
