here's a tip for using underlayment plywood in projects. Its called the "flex and look" test.
Stand the pane vertically, on its 4' edge. Simultaneously pull down on the top edge about 3" and push in,
with the other hand on the panel, about 3". Inspect for bubbles or creases.
If there are voids in the panel, thats how they'll show up.

(yep, done a floor or 3 in my time...)
