Marine plywood would be best, next best would be exterior plywood. It seems like all boards get some moisture/high humidity inside so if you can not get marine plywood I would make sure you vent it well between uses. I built one 4 years ago with some exterior plywood and it has not had any issues yet. I did coat the plywood with epoxy and sealed the edges.
