The rubber band with a knot actually work for drip rungs and I think I will drill come holes in the edge where I had the knots placed and glue in some little rubber whiskers. That keeps my hands dry my challenge is the drip zone from the drip ring is still really close in over the cockpit. Maybe what I need to do is glue a straw on the edge with a compressed back end so it catches the water and then dumps it out again.
