All you're really doing is unscrewing the stations while in the hull and turn the boat over (stations still in the hull) and strip the deck. Wether you use staples or not, the stations will stay in place because of the residual glue. I just used to put the hull (like a finished kayak) in slings on my saw horses and do the deck and details.
