Grind off the delam, carefully taper sand the glass back about 1" on both sides and 1+" in front and behind the end of the delam.
Cut the glass replacement on a 45 degree angle to the weave.
Relaminate.
Sand the overlap to get back to flush at the 1" mark.
You might want to put a larger patch on so you can tape the glass in place before epoxying.
Just don't wet out the full size of the patch, so the tape will hold.
