Allan,

Warm epoxy and hatch cover to 80˚ to thin resin and allow it to keep flowing.

Stand the cover on edge, so you can apply epoxy with slow hardener to the delaminated glass edge and let it soak in.

This is what epoxy does well. If you can lift the glass slightly to aid the resin filling in, so much the better!

Then, tape or otherwise press the glass down until the epoxy cures.
