I'm pretty sure i can see where it's off, thanks for the idea, i just may give that a shot

Do you know we're it is out of alignment? I have never built a SOF but would see if the errors are near the cockpit and try adding a shim between the skin and frame, if it is in a reachable area. If you can see that it is a little wider on the right add a little to the left. As I said I have never built one so this could be way off. I assume that there is a little give even in a tight skin.
