Hi!
Up in New York State where the building of Guide Boats originated there are still some who practice the art of building these unique crafts. The Adirondack Museaum has quite a collection and might have someone on staff who can help you. I know John Michne builds the type of boat you have (Google him as he is a very interesting gentleman). But I do not think he is interested in doing restoration work, but if anyone knows how to do it or who does it would be John.
