This is the old Adirondack guide boat. You can see the glass tape appear as ligher colors along the hull.

Very nice! The boat is old. Removing the glass is good. The stains are an honest and honorable accumulation of age. I wouldn't do any more than necessary to assure the boat is sound and not deteriorating then row it with pride. The treatment could very well be worse than the disease.
