If you d on't mind a round deck eg. A ply deck bent over a deck beam like a Chesapeake then the process is as follows.
Fit in some plywood stations and tack wth hot glue.
Mark the stations with a radius template. Same as the sheer clamp planing guides for a Chesapeake.
Remove, cut to shape, and replace.

I've done this with a ches17and a Pax20. with the ches I reused the planing guides that I had made and with the Pax, i made a template from the bulkheads
