: Anyone have any experience or thoughts about using a mixture
: of....CEDAR SAW DUST and "DURHAM'S" ROCK HARD WATER
: PUTTY...to be used as a filler for a few small holes and cracks
: that I have in my cedar strip built......a practice mixture came
: up with pretty good color match..and I know it will sand up nice
: from using the "WATER PUTTY" on paint jobs...I was
: wondering if anyone has any idea what will happen when the Epoxy
: goes on....This might be a no-no to use...but I am always
: looking for alternative methods and new ideas.....Thanks....GPS

I use Elmer's water based wood filler, can get from Home Depot, cheap, dries fast, and sands very easily and can be mixed with other colors for a better match.
